Home Care Provider
A Home Care Provider offers a safe, stable, and supportive live‑in home for an adult with an intellectual or developmental disability. In this role, you become a trusted roommate and caregiver, providing daily support while fostering independence, dignity, and personal growth.
Direct Support Professional
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are hourly employees who work under the supervision of a Program Manager to support individuals in SCOPE’s Day Program and community settings. DSPs help individuals build skills, participate in activities, and engage in meaningful daily experiences.
Respite Staff
Respite Staff provide short‑term coverage to give Home Care Providers time off, such as weekends, holidays, or scheduled leave. Respite is arranged directly between the Home Care Provider and the Respite Staff, with compensation agreed upon by both parties within general guidelines.
