I have known Rajendra Thapa for more than 20 years. I met him when he became the caregiver for a developmentally disabled young man over whom I was his long-time guardian.  I have worked closely with Rajendra over these many years.   My ward had many challenging behavioral issues at the time Rajendra became involved.  Rajendra had the patience, intelligence and insight as to how to address my ward’s challenges and to substantially improve his behaviors and quality of life.  This would have seemed unimaginable before Rajendra got involved with my ward.  Rajendra is thoughtful, careful, patient and proactive in trying to improve my ward’s quality of life and integration into the community.
